Had a Verizon account, switched to Sprint. My mom had a LG G3 on Verizon and switched to an iPhone with Sprint. I think she was backing her contacts up to the Verizon Cloud service. She got her contacts to transfer over to the iPhone initially, but they disappeared off of her phone after she deleted her stuff off of her G3. Note: If Verizon Cloud isn’t listed in your App menu, you’ll need to download the Verizon Cloud App to your new phone. Tap Get Started. Any way to get contacts from the Verizon cloud back?

She got her contacts to transfer over to the iPhone initially, but they disappeared off of her phone after she deleted her stuff off of her G3. I live across the country and I'm attempting to help her via Facetime so its not an easy going process. I called Verizon to see if there was a way to recover her contacts from the Verizon Cloud and they said there was zero that could be done. Just trying to see if anyone has any ideas as to what can be done I guess? Trying to not have to tell my mom she's SOL.
