When you purchase the HTC EVO for use on the Sprint network, you will notice several applications already installed on the phone. The device includes the Sprint Zone application, which provides network and diagnostic information. Sprint Zone is a Sprint application, and you cannot uninstall it from the phone, but you can disable and remove it from your EVO's home screen.
1.Close all open applications. Press the 'End' button to reach your device's home screen.
